The plain-English terms for doing business with OKC Siding Pros. Last updated: October 2026.
All estimates are free and provided in writing. An estimate is valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Prices on this website are general ranges for planning purposes only — your written quote is the binding price, and it won't change unless the scope of work changes with your written approval.
Work begins only after you sign a written contract describing the scope, materials, timeline, and price. Any changes to the scope must be agreed in writing by both parties before the additional work starts. Verbal promises not included in the signed contract are not binding.
Manufacturer warranties on materials (siding, windows, and components) are provided by the manufacturers and subject to their terms — we register them for you but don't control them. Our workmanship warranty covers installation defects as spelled out in your contract. It does not cover damage from storms, accidents, neglect, improper maintenance, or normal wear. Specific warranty terms for your project are listed in your signed contract.
Payment schedules are set in your contract — typically a deposit to schedule materials and the balance on completion. Final payment is due when the work is finished and you've completed the final walkthrough. We accept the payment methods listed in your contract.
You may cancel before work begins; any deposit refund terms are stated in your contract. Weather delays (a reality in Oklahoma) may shift schedules — we'll communicate promptly and reschedule at no extra cost to you. Delays caused by hidden structural damage discovered during tear-off will be documented and quoted before we proceed.
To the maximum extent permitted by Oklahoma law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
